About
An office, not an AI startup.
The Wright Office was founded by Elizabeth Wright Schierloh, a senior executive assistant who spent more than a decade running offices for public-company CEOs and founder-principals.
She watched principals lose hours every day to busy work the office could have absorbed. She watched her peers — the EAs running those offices — drowning in calendar Tetris, inbox triage, travel chaos, and last-minute prep, with no tools designed for them and no time to evaluate the ones that existed.
The Wright Office is the system she wished she had been handed: an AI operating system installed inside the executive office, trained to the office’s tempo, and operated by the person who already runs the room — the EA. It carries her name because the standard is hers, and the work is built on it.
Built by a senior EA, for senior EAs and the people they support.
The result is a calmer executive office. Hours returned to the principal. Fewer late-night fires. Fewer dropped balls. And an EA who has stopped surviving and started compounding.
